Q: What does it cost to set up the GREEN ROOM Program?
- A: There's Absolutely NO COST to you. We fund the entire project including all the plants
- and vases...the printed materials, and even shipping costs!
Q: What is the projected profitability?
- A: On average our Operators with 80 rooms are currently earning about $780.00 Monthly
Q: What is the surcharge to cover the costs?
- A: The “Green Fee” added to the Guests' bill is $1.00 which we split 50/50.
Q: Do you provide promotional materials?
- A: YES. The concept is not only to tell guests about the Green Room Program, but our
- promo materials also Highlight ALL of your Eco-Friendly Practices.
Q: What if some of the plants “Disappear” or get damaged.
- A: We replace them immediately at NO COST...We even pay the freight!
Q: What if a Guest “Objects” to the Green Room Surcharge?
- A: With thousands of Guests in a Month, somebody will likely object. You just deduct
- the charge from their bill... and deduct it from the report you send to us.
Q: How long do the plants last?
- A: Because of our Patented Technology, our Eco-Plants are 100% Maintenance Free and
- will last for months. On average, about 12-15 plants will require replacement each month
- in a 100 room hotel.
Q: Is it time consuming for maids to replace the plants?
- A: Absolutely Not! The plants come to you in a Pouch and your maids just drop the Pouch in
- the Pot. It's no more complicated than replacing a bottle of shampoo!
Q: How do we pay you?
- A: At the end of each month you send us your Occupancy Report and we Invoice you against
- that report.
Q: How have Guests responded to the program?
- A: The satisfaction score has been nearly 100% and operators receive compliments on a
- daily basis. Guests REALLY appreciate this new amenity!

- A: While the GREEN ROOM Program is new, we've been a leading supplier of specialty
- planters to the lodging industry for nearly a decade.
Q: What's the procedure for getting started?
- A: You select the plants and vases that match your décor and image and sign our GREEN ROOM Service Agreement. It's that simple!
